About Me
I was born and raised in the Inwood Section of upper Manhattan in New York City. As a young teenager, I sold hot dogs at Yankee Stadium, worked for a chemical company in Manhattan, worked in the back office of a Wall Street brokerage and even was a NYC Fireman for a short period of time.
In 1966, I Started out as a State Trooper and advanced through the ranks until reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. In this last position, I was responsible for the supervision of over 3,000 uniformed members of the State Police. During this long career, I worked a wide variety of assignments including narcotics, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, violent crime apprehension, internal affairs.
