About Me
David Leavitt is an accomplished attorney and was awarded the County Attorney of the Year in 2001. He has practiced in both the public and private sectors and in 2004 was asked by the American Bar Association to spend a year in Kyiv, Ukraine assisting the Ukrainian government in converting its criminal justice system from a Soviet based system to one that more closely approximates the American criminal justice system. David accepted the invitation and moved with his wife Chelom and six children to Ukraine. David is a graduate or the J. Reuben Clark School of Law at Brigham Young University. David and his family reside in Nephi, Utah.
