About Me
Dr. Steve Hudson comes from a strong working class family with a long military tradition.
Dr. Hudson received a direct commission as an Ensign in the United States Navy after college. He was deployed on the USS George Washington as General Medical Officer, was deployed to Japan and Korea with Electronic Attack Squadron, and served as a flight surgeon aboard Marine One. Dr. Hudson now holds the rank of Commander in the Naval Reserves.
He also holds a J.D. and a Masters in Public Administration. Dr. Hudson is dedicated to volunteerism and has traveled the U.S. Gulf Coast after Hurricane Katrina, Africa, and the Middle East on medical humanitarian missions.
Dr. Hudson is currently a practicing eye surgeon with Baltimore-Washington Eye Center and lives in Silver Spring, Maryland with his wife and four children.
